You have to come here everyone!! We are new to town and looked online for a pet groomer. Our little Roxi had spay surgery last month and Miranda was very gentle with her, thank you Miranda! You are so sweet and did a wonderful job. Our "Foxy Roxi" is so happy and so is her family.

Living in Chicago I assumed it would be easy to find a groomer. I took my dog to a couple different places and was never satisfied. Despite my requests for a particular groom style, I always received the one-size fits all, standard small dog cut. The groomers never took into consideration the breed of my dog, the personality or even my tastes as an owner - such a disappointment.
Today, I won't go anywhere else but to Heads or Tails and that means I drive over an hour just to get there - but it's worth it! EVERY single time I come home from the shop, someone will stop me on the street and either comment on my dog's cut or ask where I go to have it done. The owner Katy knows dogs better than anyone I've met and treats each one as unique and special. She is patient and extremely skilled and you will no doubt leave more than satisfied.

We have been taking our Shelties to Katy since 2005. She is an awesome groomer and also has a lot of knowledge about dogs . She treats her customers and their moms and dads with respect and kindness. She always takes the time to answer questions and give advice. Excellent service always!
